How to order

We have tried to make this process as easy as possible for our customers.

Existing customers:

Simply ‘log in’ to select the products that you want, then click on the ‘shopping cart’ to put the items into your shopping cart.

You can click on the ‘view shopping cart’ button at the top of the screen at any time to view and alter your order. You can update the quantities of each item, add new items or even remove some completely if you change your mind.

When you have finished ordering, simply click on the ‘checkout’ button and you will then be asked to confirm your delivery. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, please contact us  (click) and we will, in turn, telephone you to take your details.

New customers:

You can browse thelabcatalogue to see our range of products. Our search facilities will also enable you to quickly locate the items you are seeking. However, before you can order online, you need to provide your details to us by completing the registration form. We will then contact you with your log-in name and password.

Carriage

For our North East England and mainland Scotland customers, we offer a daily delivery service, via our own fleet of transport or carrier service.

For our national customers, we offer next day carrier service, the cost for which will be quoted prior to despatch of goods.

Delivery

We endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 2 working days where items are in stock at point of distribution). Where we are unable to do this, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will advise you either by email or telephone. All addresses require a valid UK postcode, and all of our deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt.
